2026 NSI Lacrosse - Youth

Register here for K through 8th grade girls that live in areas of Bellevue served by Newport, Sammamish, or Interlake High Schools.

Youth teams have two practices a week with a practice or game on the weekend. Typical practices times are likely to be Monday & Wednesday's after 5:30pm, but contingent upon our field allocations.

The season starts the week of February 23rd and games begin the weekend of March 21st and end by May 16th. No practices or games will be scheduled during the Bellevue School District spring break.

Players need a USA Lacrosse Membership for registration.

Eye protection, mouth guard, and a girls lacrosse stick are needed to play. More information about lacrosse equipment can be found here: USA Lacrosse Equipment

Youth Teams:

8U is for players 8 years old & under (in grades K-2). Games are played with five players per side, no goalie, and 3x3 (half size) goals on a small field (across the width of a full field).

10U is for players 10 years old & under (in grades 3&4). Games are played with eight players per side including a goalie (all goalie equipment is provided by NSI). Games are played across the width of a full-sized field.

12U is for players 12 years old & under (in grades 5&6). Games are played until notified by the league, similar to last season; games are eight players per side including a goalie (all goalie equipment is provided by NSI). Games are played across the width of the full-sized field

14U is for players 14 years old & under (in grades 7&8). Games are played with twelve players per side including a goalie (all goalie equipment is provided by NSI). Games are played on a full-sized field.

Earlybird discount is applied at checkout through November 30th, 2025.

Refunds minus a $40 administrative fee will be provided prior to first practice: Refunds after first practice up to 50% of NSI registration fees based on injury/player health and/or family status.
